Shipping
We ship ODORSTRIKE across India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, XpressBees, Blue Dart, or India Post depending on pincode serviceability).
Dispatch time
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). COD orders are dispatched after phone confirmation.
Delivery time
- Metro cities (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote / North-East India: 7–10 business days
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹299
- Orders below ₹299: flat ₹49 shipping fee
- COD orders: additional ₹30 COD handling fee
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 93929 74031 for order status.
Undeliverable orders
If a courier attempts delivery 2–3 times and the order cannot be delivered (incorrect address, recipient unreachable, or refused delivery), the package will be returned to us. For prepaid orders, we'll refund after deducting shipping costs. For COD orders, no charges apply.
Damaged / lost packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery attempt at xbrainee@gmail.com with order ID and photos. We'll replace the product at no cost.
