Smelloff ("we", "us", "our") operates smelloff.in. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or make a purchase.
Information we collect
- Personal: name, email, phone number, shipping address, and pincode — collected when you place an order or sign up for updates
- Payment: processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers
- Account: if you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name via Firebase Authentication
- Usage: pages visited, device type, browser, referrer — via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, using anonymised cookies
How we use your information
- Process and ship your orders
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications
- Provide customer support via email, phone, or WhatsApp
- Send occasional marketing updates (only if you opt in)
- Improve our website, product, and advertising through analytics
- Comply with legal obligations (GST, consumer protection, etc.)
Who we share it with
We share minimum necessary information with:
- Courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, India Post) for delivery
- Razorpay for payment processing
- Google Firebase for authentication
- Google Analytics and Meta for anonymised traffic analytics
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies for session management, analytics (GA4), and advertising (Meta Pixel). You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not function correctly.
Data retention
We retain order information for as long as legally required (minimum 7 years for GST records). You can request deletion of your account or marketing data at any time by emailing xbrainee@gmail.com.

Security
Your data is stored on secure servers (Firebase, Google Sheets, Vercel). Payments are handled entirely on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.
Children
Smelloff products are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
