Returns
We stand behind ODORSTRIKE. If it doesn't work for you, we'll take it back.
7-day return window
You can return your order within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked. The product must be at least 80% full and in its original packaging.
Hygiene note: Because ODORSTRIKE is a personal-use product, returns are accepted only if the bottle is intact and the seal has not been tampered with beyond reasonable trial use.
How to initiate a return
- Email xbrainee@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 93929 74031 with your order ID
- Mention reason for return (optional but helps us improve)
- We'll arrange reverse pickup within 2–3 business days
- Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product
Refund method
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method (UPI / card / netbanking)
- COD orders: refunded via bank transfer — we'll collect account details when you initiate the return
Non-returnable cases
- Orders returned after 7 days from delivery
- Products with less than 80% contents remaining
- Products damaged due to misuse (sprayed on skin, used on leather/suede, etc.)
- Combo packs where bottles have been opened and used past trial
Damaged or wrong product
If you received a damaged bottle or the wrong variant, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace it free of charge — you don't need to return the original.
