Refund
Refunds are processed for valid returns, cancellations, and failed payments. Below are the specific terms.
Eligibility for refund
- Product returned within 7-day return window (see Returns Policy)
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Damaged or wrong product delivered
- Package lost in transit and not recoverable
- Payment deducted but order not confirmed (auto-refund within 5–7 days by payment gateway)
Refund timeline
- UPI / Cards / Netbanking: 5–7 business days after return is received and inspected
- COD orders: 5–7 business days via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) after we collect your account details
- Cancellations before dispatch: refund initiated within 24 hours
Refund amount
The full product amount is refunded. Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable except in cases of damaged/wrong product or order cancellation before dispatch. COD handling fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Partial refunds
For multi-bottle combo orders where only some bottles are returned, a partial refund is processed for the returned units. Bundle discounts are recalculated — if the remaining order falls below the bundle threshold, the difference is deducted from the refund.
How to track your refund
Once we initiate the refund, you'll receive a confirmation email with the refund reference ID. For payment gateway refunds, the amount appears in your account based on your bank's processing time. Order cancellation
You can cancel any order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per our Returns Policy.
